This kid-friendly tuitti frutti cake flavored with orange make a tasty, anytime snack!
Instead of tuitti fruitti you can use any dry fruits and nuts.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups
Baking powder - 1½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Condensed milk, sweetened - ¾ cup
Milk - ¼ to ½ cup
Butter,melted - 4 tbsp
Fresh orange juice - ¼ cup
Orange zest - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Tutti frutti - ½ cup
Butter - ½ tsp for greasing
All purpose flour - for dusting the pan

Baking soda - ½ tsp

Direction:
Preheat oven to 180 deg C; also prepare your 8" loaf tin (grease with butter / oil and dust it with all purpose flour) and keep aside.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
In a separate bowl add melted butter, condensed milk, orange juice, vanilla essence and orange zest ;blend until it is mixed well.
Mix the dry ingredients into wet mixture and beat on medium speed until mixed thoroughly.
Add milk and mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Stir in the tuitti frutti (reserve some for topping).
Pour the batter into the greased loaf tin and bake on preheated oven at 180 deg C for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a cake comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Once it is cooled completely, remove loaf cake from the pan to Slice and Serve.
