Big onion - 1(thinly sliced)
Green chillies - 2 to 3 (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder - ¼ to ½ tsp (optional)

Curry leaves - 1 or 2 sprigs (chopped)
Salt - to taste
Oil - for deep frying
