Recipe for Garlic Fish Fry

Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coconut oil / Vegetable oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
To grind:
Garlic - 6 to 8
Pepper - 2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind paste / lemon juice - 2 tsp
