Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chillies – 3 (slitted)
Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated))
Carrots – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)

Salt – to taste
Water – 1 ¼ cups
For seasoning:
Mustard Seeds – ¾ tsp
Channa dhal – 1 tsp
Urad dhal – 1 tsp
