Here is a famous Indian starter recipe with a twist for vegetarians using Soya chunks!

Ingredients:
Soya Chunks – 20 to 25 piece
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ¾ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Orange / Red food color – a pinch (optional)
Oil - for deep frying

Directions:
Soak soya chunks in hot water for about 20 minutes or till it becomes soft.

Marinate soya chunks with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, yogurt, red food color and salt for 20 to 30 minutes.
