Avocado Milkshake

Try this rich, creamy milkshake with the goodness of healthy avocado fruit!


Ingredients:

Avocado - 1
Milk - 2 to 3 cups
Sugar - 4 tsp (Adjust according to your taste)
Ice cubes - 2 to 3



Directions:

Using a  knife;  halve the avocado and remove the seed.   


Scoop the flesh and add it to the blender along with sugar and grind it.

Add milk and ice cubes; blend until smooth and frothy.

Serve chilled.

Note:

You can also try adding honey instead of sugar.
